“REFRESH” is AdFest’s (Asia Pacific Advertising) theme for 2010. AdFest is an annual advertising event that celebrates the untold creativity of the Asia-Pacific region. The finalists were announced two days after the judging session between the seven jury heads in Tokyo, Japan. 172 finalists emerged from 2708 entries.
